The wealthy have no need to organize. Their individual donations are often large enough that their concerns capture the attention of the hierarchy. Coordination on the part of working- and middle-class Catholics, despite its shortcomings, would therefore represent a dramatic expansion of the “franchise.”
True enough...but why then are these WEALTHY "Catholic" liberals the very ones whine, and the hard-working middle-class and devout Catholics remain faithful? Haven't these money bags gotten enough of their way already with their bank account power over timid bishops???
Marxism is just manifested again with the same old line...wealthy elitists who have nothing else better to do with their time and money who want to stir up otherwise peaceful and good people to revolutionize society (or the church).
