I agree, Putin has done great and conservative things for the Russian economy.

However, the question is wether he thinks the US taking a nuke would be benificial to Russia or not. Does Putin have an ideological motivation to allow NBC weapons proliferate to states hostile to the US.

Most of the Western European population does think the world would be a better place with the US nuked to oblivion.
