The Nat'l Enquirer would not risk the liability of a total fabrication. Yet the accusations don't pass the smell test.
I haven't read any of the details. Someone who has please describe a scenario in which what the Enquirer published is technically true, yet Rush is innocent; i.e. he had nothing personally to do with the drugs being bought and sold in his household.
For example, after the surgery, I understand Rush did have to take a heck of a lot of painkillers. Maybe he did have to detox a couple of times. I am not one who thinks he could not have performed his show while popping. OK, so he kicks it and is good as new. But meanwhile, a few whole sets of slimeballs move in to do some dirt to our boy.
Picture a David Lynch film with evil genius operatives behind the scenes and lowlifes operating on the scene.
