Golytsin wrote about Soviet Union not Russia.
Golytsin forgot to mention one point. If there was inner circle which planned to dissolve Soviet Union to decieve West how Golytsin knew about it? According to his words the members of inner circle are not supposed to go abroad at all. He got away. How could?
I may conclude maybe his book is deception in reality? Who knows.
