A couple decades ago the then Mayor of Philidelphia wiped out a whole city block by dropping a bomb on it. There were some really POed people. Maybe the FEDs are looking to see if the mayor's office has any more WMDs.

That Mayors name was Wilson Goode....the only mayor in America to have bommbed his own city.......and then they watched it burn a couple of city blocks to the gtound.
