I heard Arnold say on the radio that "it doesn't have to be 'either/or' the Ecology vs. Economy" and I've heard that from all the "Consensus Builders," who call everybody a "Stakeholder!" The one's using this phraseology have lacked any genuine sincerity up to now, IMHO.
How can this sweet sounding rhetoric (Arnold's) be captured/pre-empted and co-opted with your "Natural Process" blue-print to gather momentum and "snow-ball?" There has to be a brilliant way to trigger acceptance. Brilliance alone, without a "buy-in" trigger is not enough... "Unrewarded genius is almost a proverb!"
