Mere technicalities; at the Arnfest yesterday in HB, both Dana Rorhbacker and Chris Cox repeatedly referred to Wednesday as the day Arnie would take over as Governor.

People's expectations are unbelievably high about this issue - just look how many are already up out here. The pressure on the the county registrars and SoS to certify as soon as possible will be immense.
