We changed from punch cards to an optical scan ballot. It is roughly leger size paper with two sides. One had to complete an arrow rather than fill in a box. There is an arrow pointing to each name with the center portion missing. One fills in the center section of the arrow pointing to the person one wishes to vote for. That's the system we used. Do you live in San Bernadino County?
People should mention what county they are in when describing their voting experience, equipment, etc.
If you vote No on the recall, you should not be able to advance to question #2.
