Naw. May the Best Man win sort of spirit. On a day like this we're Republicans and we're looking forward to tonight after 8:00 PM when the exit polling data should be released. Unless its tight, we'll know within the hour if Davis was dumped and who won on the Second Question (replacement candidate) on the ballot. Personally, I don't anticipate any upset here.

What the heck are you doing up at 5:30 am California time?
I've always dreamed of a live thread of my own, so I got up early to steal the idea from goldstategop.

Maybe you have the gift of tuning them out. And maybe I have the curse of letting them get under my skin. :)

One election analyst on FoxNews this morning said that the "results" would probably be obvious by about Noon, California time, due to exit polling.
Of course, any "results" will not be broadcast, probably until the polls close in California.

He's not a "RINO". He's an immoral, brainless pig with a rancid political philosophy who couldn't name half of the first 10 amendments to the constitution. Agreed!

From a person who lives in the Midwest, what in the heck is a Cambodian doughnut?

See, you beat me to it. Then again its perfectly proper to be gracious about such things!

Drudge will probably leak them. I wouldn't be surprised if he has access to inside info.

I don't trust Drudge to have correct info.
And may I also say that turnout is the key. The only way to overcome vote fraud is with massive turnout on our side. Everyone, get out the vote!!

The polls out here in the Golden State open at 7am PST, close at 8pm PST. We should know by 'round 6pm-ish what the end of it will be... but it's always more fun to wait for the 10pm argument over why someone got a lot more votes. :)

I'll do that within the hour. I boycotted the polls last November but I feel good about voting today. A chance like this comes along once in a lifetime.

Have there been the usual pledges by the news media not to release exit polling data before the polls close?
And does anybody really think that such a pledge would be kept?

I was thinking of Garrett Gruener. He has smarts and doesn't pander. On the downside he endorsed Large Breasts.

MMMMMMMmmmmm.....Krispy Kremes.....
They're good, but I like my local Cambodian family shop. I think I'll be doing the hot ham and Swiss crescent, a blueberry buttermilk, a chocolate raised, and whatever else strikes me when I walk in. Should be nice and hot.

Mmmm. Coffeeeee. As someone who's up far too early - or, maybe that should be 'far too late' - I think I'm a-gonna go do that, too.
Must be highly caffeinated before chirping happily on the phones at the Republican office, y'know...
