OK, I just got on board. I don't have time to go through 1200 posts, so could someone give me the highlights? Big turnout. Stanford computer science professor alleges voter fraud. Dems threaten lawsuit to decertify election if Ahnold wins.
That's it for now.

Good. Now I am up to speed.

If its a blowout, the margin of victory will definitely exceed the margin of ballot error. This wasn't the scenario the Democrats had hoped for and now the opinion of the original Nine Circus Clowns panel that wanted to enjoin the recall election will come back to bite the Democrats on their rear end. Its hard for the ACLU to argue a clear winner is the equivalent of a disputed election sans chards. No, its not Florida 2000 Redux. The Democrats are going to have a lot of heads roll tonight.

OK, I just got on board. I don't have time to go through 1200 posts, so could someone give me the highlights? It took about 1050 posts to get into the personal attacks in earnest, they're still voting in California, early exit "polls" allegedly say that Arnold's going to be governor once the election is certified, and the DemonRATs are up to their usual dirty court and fraud tricks.

The exit polling looks good for Arnold ,the dems will file suit to prevent AS being declared winner and some of us still fret.

Funny how they cry voter fraud when they're losing BIG. C'mon you Rats just sue! The only surprising thing about it is the Dems didn't dredge up a Berkeley computer sci. prof. to make the charge. I guess Stanford will do in a pinch. Anything to sabotage an election.

I am in the middle of a huge Florida fret! Color me "fretting in Arizona".
LOL

Sure it is - either party, Dem or Pub, running on a platform similar to Arnie's (fiscal conservative - social liberal) will garner the majority of votes everytime in a state like Calif or NY. I meant the Republican Party moving left is not long-term. This may happen in the short term to garner more votes, but the RP can't afford to abandon it's base because the Democratic Party will begin moving toward the center and take votes back from the Republicans, who'll then have to move right again to get votes. The two parties will just continue to trade the center back and forth. This isn't to say the RP won't be able to hang onto a majority, though.

Fred Barnes says on Brit Hume's panel that Arnold's camp is "sky-high."
