LOL ...Something like that happened to my hubby's department .. thing is, these guys usually make fun of their clients about that Yup.
My hubby got to make fun of me one day when I couldn't get online. I even called him at work to make sure he had paid th ISP bill, which he had done. Yet it kept refusing my login info.
all I had to do was release the caps lock cause login is case sensitive!!
I actually called the Tech at my ISP to apologize for my stupidity.
