McClintock is consistently carrying 15-18% of supporters. He cannot win with those numbers. It amazes me how many here cannot grasp that...or it is pure denial. I refuse to vote for a man that will not win in this particular election season.

Those are amazing numbers given the fact that there's another "Republican" in the race.

Had that other guy not decided at his whimsy not to run, McClintock would be 57% or better in the polls.

Probably better, because conservatives who prefer to be left alone, will come out to vote for that guy.

It's really sad to see.
Worse yet, he's been running around saying that more people want him for Governor than Arnold but he can't figure out how to translate this into votes. Absolutely delusional.
