I would imagine his lawyer has told him not to comment on anything regardless of his guilt or innocence.

So why didn't he say he was acting on his lawyer's advice? Why the tapdancing?

One thing to remember above all other things, Rush is an entertainer.

He is going to milk this for all he can. I realized that as I waited impatiently for the news piece that comes on right before his show to be done.

Throughout the broadcast he hinted at frustration, anticipation and even slight bit of humor over the whole situation. For most of the first hour I waited for him to say more about it. I did that even though I know he's stringing people along.

How many people have thought about what his ratings must be like right now? How many thousands of liberals are holding thier breath for a chance to take him down that next peg and are listening for him to call the microphone cover black?

His ratings today were likely unreal. There are many other reasons he wouldn't talk. I know I would be thinking of just how many millions of dolors I could make off this slander. I might find those ties to the Clinton's too delicious to expose right away. There would be many reasons I'd hold information back if I were him.

Chiefly, he is a master entertainer. He's gonna milk it folks.
