Not so. Mr. Bell has always had a 7 second call delay for editing out words or content that are regulatory violations. As for Mr. Limbaugh, I have no knowledge.

My info comes from an old thread in which somebody said they got through to Bell, and heard his own call a couple of minutes
after he was done. That led to a production discussion...

I never got through to Art Bell the few times I wanted to talk to the guest. However, I'll take credit for one of the
emails that led to Art no longer opening with "...24 time zones...".
