Then why hasn't he said so? (I've asked this of every person who made this claim---none has answered.)
Rush wants to appear as his own man, and I respect that. Can you imagine the reaction if he said something like this?: 'I'd love to tell you the truth about all details and allegations, but based on the advice of my attorney I cannot.'
