BECAUSE...the case may be more complicated than this. The maid may have acquired them illegally using Rush's name without his knowledge or some other scenario. He may really not know what he is in for.

First post ever, so be kind. I'm a huge Rush fan and conservative. I hope beyond hope that he is innocent in this matter. But I did notice one comment today that no one has mentioned yet. When Rush was in the 2nd hour, talking about how he can't tell us anything yet, etc., he used the phrase "come clean" when referring to eventually giving us the facts. Why would he need to come clean if he hasn't done anything wrong? That is bothering me. Freudian slip? I really hope not.
