Why would you bring up an unrelated case to justify the treatment of this woman at her burial? Disgusting. While most obese people are that way because of lack of exercise and overeating, many, particularly older ones like this woman gain weight due to medications and health problems unrelated to their weight. I don't know that one could puff up to 500 lbs, but my guess is she had a combination of problems. You don't go as long as 63 years if you've been 500 lbs for most of them.
