I would draw your attention back to the information from Seymour Hersh's article with which I started my own piece. He has a "former high-level intelligence official" saying about the Iraq-Niger reference in the State of the Union Address: "It could not have gotten into the system without the agency being involved. Therefore it was an internal intention. Someone set someone up." It's just that without evidence, I'm not comfortable ascribing blame for this to anyone beyond Wilson, Pincus, Corn, and probably Mrs. Plame-Wilson. As much as possible, I try to deal in facts and let others draw their own conclusions.

"As much as possible, I try to deal in facts and let others draw their own conclusions." I understand the distinction. You have done an outstanding job uncovering facts and drawing inferences as to who's who which have the force of near-certainty.
And, from these, I am making suppositions (or, more accurately, drawing hypotheses).
