Why don't you just admit that despite all the evidence to the contrary you really want to believe and convince others that Rush is a racist.
Well you are wrong, he is not. But your insistence makes me wonder about your motives.

I believe that non racist people can say racist things. I do not believe that Rush is a racist. I NEVER claimed he was. You are trying to put words in my mouth.

I have searched again and can not find ALL of what rush said in that segment. You said I can find it on Rush's site. You are correct I can get the clip if I sign up for his 24/7 service for $84 a year. Yea right, I'm going to spent $84 to see/hear pearls of wisdom? I think not.

Paraphrasing - Rush said that the media pulls for Black QBs and that McNabb was never that good to begin with. Anyone with a brain can then infer that McNabb is only given credit because he is black. Not very much of a stretch or a misconception.

You are NEVER going to convince me that Rush's statements were astute observations. I can show you plenty of evidence to show why his statements were stupid(since he is supposed to be such a knowledgeable commentator - hahaHaHaHAHAHAHA BWAHAHAHAAA - excuse me), but you refuse to listen.

I clearly ASKED you to ADMIT what I thought YOUR many posts point to as being true. Why don't you give Rush the same courtesy.

I can come up with equal mountains of evidence that his observations were stupid as well. Equal amounts that they were astute. Opinions easily generate such discussion.

But I find no reason to even imply they were racist.

You know what stinks here? Offensive racial statements offend immediately. No one was offended sunday morning. No one was offended Monday morning. A few days later however not only are many claiming to be offended, they are claiming to be offended by Rush saying "McNabb is overrated because he is black" which is a manufactured lie and not what he said at all!
