He said NOTHING about McNabb's popularity, which, I would imagine, is determined by the fans. One can even be POPULAR with the media while STILL being overrated. They're not even the same thing. Heck, I'm a New York Yankees fan and I think Derek Jeter is overrated as a shortstop (though great in other ways). But he is popular with me. See how it works?
