Look for Arnold to pull a Riordan with his appointments if he's elected. There is not a doubt in my mind that will be the case. I would be shocked to find a pro-lifer in the bunch, frankly.
If Arnold has the opportunity and begins appointing Democrats to state positions, look for his apologists to applaud the move.
