(re Dobson radio ad endorsing McClintock)
Is that running currently?
Starting today, I heard (twice already) a similar ad by Bruce Herschensohn.
Personally, I worry that such ads are coming so late, with Tom so far behind, that they risk deepening the intra-party schism.

Who's paying for the ads? Any Idea?
The Bruce Herschensohn ad is a part of the CRA thing isn't it.
Some ads maybe starting as a result of the Indian money coming into play.

"they risk deepening the intra-party schism."
It is nigh unto mpossible to deepen anything at this point... This is not a forming schism or a mere risk of deep division. The party is NOT splitting, instead, we are seeing a firm confirmation that it is now permanently split. Religious Rightists versus their "moral inferiors."
Arnold on the other hand, is headed for an undeniable landslide in California, whether Tom is in or out at this stage.
When and if Thomas' loss is confirmed next week... 1/3 of the 10 percent who may still buy into his line of reasoning... will announce they have quit the republican party. After all, Tom and Judge Moore may want to run for president and veep of the USA... and lose at that too...
Will FreeRepublic go with them?
It's seeming to be a distinct possibility.
Welcome to the "sour grapes" rebellion.
