I've been to the Win-River Casino. It was eerie driving in there. You drive a mile or so through the reservation, past Indian homes. Talk about ghetto! Ramshackle shacks, broken windows, dead cars everywhere, and then all of a sudden you come to this big shiny casino.
You can't help but wonder where the money goes. It certainly isn't going to the reservation.

If I am not mistaken, the indian casinos all have outside "partners" who actually set up and run the opperation. Its the same people who started las vegas.
