The cable network also reports that fierce infighting has developed between Gov. Gray Davis and recall candidate Lt. Governor Cruz Bustamante.Surprise, surprise.
Some obscure FR rule requires this be posted. I think.

Buste to Davis: Screw you, I'm not withdrawing! If I lose, at least I'll still have a job!

But the big question that everyone seems to ignore is, how many ballot boxes will be found in San Francisco harbor this election?

Well, Bustamante had better withdraw immediately ... otherwise, it's rape.
To: ambrose
Yep. I heard that Bustamante is planning to withdraw and throw his support to McClintock -- just to spite Davis. ;-)
To: My2Cents

(s) the Democrat party still exists? (/s)

Perhaps someone advised him that halting his campaign would be beneficial for his health. Remember the Clintons control the DNC. (Remember Cuomo?)

If McClintock drops out, a lot of his supporters may not show up to vote at all -- which would put the success of Davis' recall in jeopardy. Someone who finally nails it!!!!! Thank you.

Reminds me of the BBC show "Dads Army" with the old geezer running around in circles shouting "DONT PANIC"
And my favourite...." I told you a thousand million times...don't exagerate"

lot of his supporters may not show up to vote at all Yack, yack, yack.
No matter how one feels about Arnie, McC or Cruz, almost 65% of we Californians are positively relishing the thought of going into that polling booth next week and flushing the stench of Gray Davis out of our lives.
Anyone suggesting anything less is either ignorant or purposely spreading false information.
