I never said they were.Okay...you just said you wondered how many "idol worshipers" (which I assumed to mean Schwarzenegger supporters) were "women", "lonely", and "middle-aged" - so I mistakenly thought you imagined the answer to be a lot of them.

I would want Arnold, because Tom would take all the credit.

I was talking about typing on a keyboard all day.Sure you were. Who types with their right hand only, genius? What a quaint little attempt to "trap" me. Yawn.

Thanks for your comments! I do try to extract information from articles, rather than accepting the opinions or premise of the writer. It isn't always easy! LOL! The information that I got from the article (and I have to admit that I seldom pay attention to titles, my bad) was the startling juxtaposition of responses to the questions as seen in the opening lines of each candidate. First question, Arnold gave a short, succinct response. Tom used his first line to disagree, however awkwardly, and try to top Arnold's rallying joke about the recall. The others deteriorated from there with their scripts or agenda. Or maybe disintegrated is a better word! An opening line, scripted or not, establishes the tenor of the answer, and the other candidates let some golden opportunities pass them by. Even Arianna's dig about "we all know how you treat women", coming as it did in the midst of one of her several rude interruptions (Or did Arnold interrupt her when she was butting in? I forget.) wasn't commensurate with what she was saying or what Arnold was doing. In my mind, some of this WAS pure theater.

Okay...you just said you wondered how many "idol worshipers" (which I assumed to mean Schwarzenegger supporters)No, that's where you're wrong. There are legitimate reasons why one would vote for either of the candidates. By idol worshippers, I was referring to the women that latch onto a public figure and defend them to the death, throwing all logic and reason out the window. They support "their man", but they can't tell you why. It happened with Clinton with the soccer moms, it happens on FR with Bush, and now it's happening with Arnold. Is it too much to ask to debate issues without these women showing their claws for "attacking my man"? The answer of course, is, yes it is.

In all fairness, McClintock looks pretty sharp too! He definitely comes across as the better statesman! This whole situation is just sad.
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
Yep that will make him happy.
