The Nouth invaded, not the South. It was a matter of secession. It still is...and I do pray you learn the lesson before it happens again, for the same reason. Take a look at how much money the South now sucks out of the North, a big hunk ofit going to Federal military installations and Federal agencies. Do you really believe the New South is going to shoot the golden goose that feeds it? As for threats about it happening "again", you'll notice that it didn't go so well the first time and I see no reason to believe that it would go any better a second time.

It isn't going to happen again along nice pretty lines like those contrived by Lincoln's destruction of the 1st Amendment.
Next time the lines will be closer to urban vs. rural. Conservative vs. Liberal...and chaff like the Unionists will probably fall out of the Conservative deck.
It would be far better to recognize that States' rights and liberty are on the line NOW and to take legislative, executive, and judicial *ACTIONS* to rectify the situation before we descend farther into an undesireable state of the nation.
