Like I said, I wouldn't normally quote from Professor Martin, because he is at the complete opposite end of the political spectrum from me. But when you get scholars on both ends, from Francisco Martin to George Will, in disagreement with you about the legality of, and the imperitive behind replacing the Articles of Confederation, I think it is time for you to concede the point.

And here again, ad hominem attacks without really discussing the issue. You want to paint me as some leftist because you are incapable of maintaining a rational and reasoned discussion. I readily admit, from time to time, even an idiot like you comes up with a good point. Your input in the last few hundred posts on this thread, however, may yet prove me wrong.

It is surely time for you to concede that you did not understand what George Will wrote, and that your constitutional argument is based on the rantings of a far far far left ACLU/Berkeley radical who desires to surrender the United States to international courts.

I shall address the rantings of your mentor, Francisco Martin, over the next few days. You claim to agree with what he said, as quoted by you. That is your end of the political spectrum, publicly advocated by you.

Apparently you consider quoting from the c.v. of a source to be an ad hominem attack upon the source. You are like a fine whine.
