Yes. The referral is a standard procedural move, and has already happened more than FIFTY times this year alone, an average of one every four or five days. The only difference about this one is that the Bush-Haters in the Democratic Party and the "mainstream" media thought they were going to be able to pin this one on Karl Rove. Oops!

Why didn't Wilson just come out and say so? He can't seem to get his face on camera enough, and then gets all evasive and coy. If he wants the truth to come out just state the facts.
