A ribbon-cutting ceremony may seem old-hat and boring to us in our (seemingly) safe haven -- but think of the hope and pride it means in Iraq! Building something! Building your country! Taking pride in something that is YOURS! I love it. This is what will work in Iraq. (Indeed, it would work right here in the inner cities of the USA -- if the Dims would let it!)
