I was talking to my brother in law, who happens to be an Austin cop, about using his farm for this. He went nuts on me, laughing his rear off, and said we better check with them. Says the new anti terrorism laws have made them real edgy. Given that they over react in normal times, and we are building a cannon, he may be right.
