Just because everyone, most, think it's a good idea, doesn't make it LEGAL. If they had a do not put a commercial on TV list, I guarantee you, you'd have at least 50 million folks on that thing too.

Lots of otherwise smart people at FR haven't bothered looking a bit further as to WHY this is illegal and why it would have serious ramifications on our economy.

As a Financial Advisor in a solid position, my competition would be wiped out by this legislation. I personally benefit from this law.... BUT it is BAD law, and a BAD idea.
