Yes, it is..here's more data on Madison,and Mt Sheridan are all going crazy !! So, is it safe to assume that some of tectonic plates are hitting each other in other parts of the world?

Most of the US is on one plate. Some of us in California are on another one. Those midwestern reads are probably from the Japan quake itself.
