U. S. 2d Armored Division never served in Vietnam, so you must be referring to an ARVN unit - which one is hard to guess, ARVN never had any armored divisions, just armored cavalry regiments, armored regiments, and a few armored brigades. Minh Long is not a province, it is a district in Quang Ngai Province, I CTZ. I believe that of all of the individuals involved in this debate, you have the least experience - excepting Victor O'Reilly, of course. You also seem inclined to ignore, distort, or forget facts, this doesn't help your case.
I called you a moron only because you presumed that anyone who could disagree with the Stryker program must be a shill for United Defense or some other neer do well
I presumed no such thing. There are many who take a different position from mine on this issue whose opinions I respect and value. I do so because their opinions are informed by facts and shaped by their solid professional credentials. You might want to read some of the posts other than your own on:

to see what I mean: Thunder 6, SLB, Fred Mertz, for example.
Look at your news tonight. The first two Strykers rolled over. I have been writing for over a year that any vehicle so top heavy that it rolled on any angle more severe than 30 degrees should be kept on the post with its level roads. On their first combat patrol, the Stryker Brigade suffered its first three deaths from an inherently vehicle.
I think you meant to say inherently dangerous vehicle. You continue to make my point. First, get the facts. I don't think that any of us have them at this stage. We do have press reports that may or may not be accurate. If accurate, they do not support your conclusion. If the bank did indeed collapse, then the accident was unlikely to have been caused by the Stryker's center of gravity. You are correct to point out that rollovers are an issue with this vehicle. But, it is intellectual laziness to try to use this incident to try to support your argument, at least at this stage.
