Temple mount issue.

Perhaps an omen, but does not yet seem to be a significant factor in building the Jewish Temple.

The Dome of The Rock, I don't believe, is affected by the collapse at the southern wall, just a museum.

Some argue the Dome of the Rock occupies the space and prevents the rebuilding of the Jewish Temple. I've seen plans that support that, as well as plans and scriptural arguement that the Temple can built along side the Dome of the Rock (though I find it hard to believe that co-existance would be tolerated by the 'World').
