This is such a ridiculous premise...I'd depose every single NFL scout and doubt that one would agree to this....moreover, I'd point out that the last player drafted in the first round of this years draft was and still is "not physically ready for the league," yet he still got a 1st round contract, with 1st round bonus money and a 1st round salary.
