I'm sure they're all embarrassed and humbled now that Bush has brought their behavior to their attention. No, I don't expect the hatred to stop based on a speech. But how do you expect the UN to go away, by ignoring it? Then you miss the point of the speech. He is calling then out to engage or get out of the way. I see this as a positive step towards the end of the UN as we know it.

I expect the Syrians to start (?) shovelling money towards the RATs as fast as they can because when GWB is re-elected, their time is up.
