Against the economic interests of millions of lawyers, prison-guards, judges, and LEOs of every description, your efforts are futile. The WOD is a growth industry, and the millions of pension-seeking doughnut-hounds, enabled by thousands of bent scoundrels in league with criminal gangs will not be deterred by highmindedness on your part.

The entire body of the Drug Laws should be tossed out, and a fresh start made at reasonable regulation, imo.
