Things are heating up in Georgia

Atlanta -- 8/27/03 -- 7:10 am PDT -- A construction contractor reports that Latino workers in and around Atlanta are becoming very militant. They are angry over increased immigration law enforcement, and claim harassment by blacks. Urged on by Spanish language media, including pirate stations, they are planning civil disobedience... or worse.

What I find funny about all this is it could have been solved long ago except the same non southwest people complaining now laughed it off.

Twenty years ago when CA, AZ and TX went to the federal government about the problems of illegals and the costs associated with it, we were told to hit the bricks. I remember reading comments like "Ha! Screw the land of flakes and nuts...it's THEIR problem! Ha ha!".

Well, now it's everyones problem and it can't be fixed. Illegals will continue to move into entry states like CA, AZ and TX in massive numbers...and then move on to other states where the jobs are. Everything that's happening in CA, taking jobs, health care, schooling and welfare, are coming to your state soon if they aren't already there.

Ha ha.
