There already are several. (All having reformed since Gulf War I, but of course you won't hear that from the "war doesn't solve anything" crowd.) According to the Heritage Foundation's Index of Economic Freedom, Bahrain and the U.A.E. have more free economies than Tawain, Israel, Japan or France. Kuwait's is as free as France's, and Qatar nearly so.
