I'm not playing games. I'm asking a serious question. How would you prove someone's Muslim"ness"? What if I claimed to be a Muslim, for example, but in truth I was not? What would you do to people who claimed that they were no longer Muslims, that they had lost the faith or had converted to Christianity?

What you're calling for is a type of inquisition. Who would be the grand inquisitor? How much power would you give him? What would you do to Christians, Hindus and others who aided Muslims? Would you outlaw the Koran? These are serious questions that I would like answers to. Take some time and think about it. I'm stepping out for a couple hours to watch a movie- take all the time you need to say how this would work. If you can't get into specifics, you're just ranting mindlessly and to no positive effect.

What would you do to Americans like me who refused to cooperate with the Inquisitor?

Give me a break, how do we prove someone is a member of any other criminal conspiracy?
We needed no inquisition to seperate Mafia members from honest Italians, and we will need no inquisition to seperate Muslims from honest Middle Easterners.
We will use standard investigative techniques, scanning the public record, questioning witnesses and suspects, surveilance, phone taps, and then search warrants, followed by Grand Jury Indictment, Trial by Jury and if guilty, imprisonment.

No problem. There are already laws against obstruction of justice.
