Not sure about Prince William County, but I don't think Fairfax feeds it. Just turn your water on. If the pressure is full blast, you are good to go and not tied to Fairfax county.

Fairfax Water was off this morning, now back on here but the water is very dirty. They say you can drink it after you boil it for at least a minute but I wouldn't.

They need to flush the lines and test the water before it's safe to drink, maybe another 24 hours.

At least we can flush the toilets without using a bucket how.
