Running from Herndon to Merrifield and back is quite a trek.

I used to bike on the W&OD from Rt. 28 all the way to Leesburg and occasionally to Purcellville. That was before I discovered Free Republic and destroyed my cardiovascular system from inertia. Just walking around Georgetown today left me breathing heavy, due to the hills.

My turn to slap forehead! *Out of the area for six years now brain fart!* I meant Ashburn. I think I used to consider that as a 10-mile workout. Herndon to Merrifield would have been dangerous traffic-wise, not to mention a long trek.
