Where were the numbers wrong? I am so sorry if these facts are in error.. but I am interested in exactly were they are incorrect!

For one thing, your figures are from 1997.

Secondly, the "impact" section is editorializing, and has nothing to do with the facts.

Well, you have me there.. I wonder if anything in this area of our US spending has declinded since 97. My guess is, and this is just a guess, that our funding has actually increased in AID to the Israeli government.. just a guess mind you..
