I strongly believe you're right. But I sure HOPE SO!
Wish I felt more certain about it.

You think so? I'm not even sure they can cobble together the votes to hear the case after the 2000 fiasco. They turned down the appeal in the NJ election, citing states rights. If they turn this down, isn't it in essence, saying the 9th circuit has no right to stop a State election? They are Federal Courts. In NJ the appeal went from the State Supreme Court right to SCOTUS.

ahhhhhwwwwwweeeee
you know that's not quite true . . .
it's quite believable that
THAT
is allllllll they do . . . . fork around all the time . . . forking over each other and The Republic and the rest of the taxpayers.
After all . . .
Dilldo led the way in the oval office--and they want to measure . . . uhhhh. . . . down to his standard!

I do think that's likely.

Apparently it will now be appealed to SCOTUS so this is NOT final by any means....SCOTUS is gutless and almost as bad as the 9th Circus. My money says they won't take the case.

I've voted with punch cards all of my life. I'm a minority. A conservative Republican.Time to take the country back by ANY MEANS AVAILABLE.

I've voted with punch cards all of my life. I'm a minority. Same here, and to think we have disenfranchised the the entire time and didn't even know it. No wonder all of my recent Republican candidates for statewide office have been fairing so poorly. :(

I think you need a stamp to vote by absentee ballot. Since the poor and minorities often can not afford stamps, this becomes a defacto poll tax which was declared unconstitutional.
The above arguement makes as much sense as delaying the election. But it is the way liberal judges think.
Now I want to take my gun and go gunning for liberals.
To: HOYA97
The people will finally see that their opinion does not count here in Mexifornia.California is a trend setter, make that MEXIMERICA.

Like Savage just said. If it is true that the punch cards don't work then the entire elected government in Sacramento did not really win.Send them all home and have a new election for the entire government.

And the power point needs to be on every commercial break on the top 50 programs for the next month.
. . . implicating liberals relentlessly and wholesale, mercilessly and without quarter.

Churches, even all of Christianity have been but manure to grow their weeds of destruction . . . everything is similarly just a means to an end . . . very destructive ends.
