By what conclusive evidence is Free Republic a hate group?Should'nt this evidence be made public?Should'nt this woman be held to account for making erroneous judgements?

Channel 26 showed up at the tailgate party and interviewed jkphoto. Did anyone see jkphoto on ABC local news Saturday night? I saw him on 26News. :-)

If you decide to sue these guys, please don't retain Larry Klayman as your attorney. :)

And just think of the damages we'll suffer. How many people will believe that witch and avoid us like the plague?
What value does one place on that??

I really think we should do a class action suit.

Hence is why I crossed linked all the related threads. There were freepers interested on each in pushing this further.
With the games the left has been playing, we need to do this as a large group (as large as possible).
Even if Jim takes steps on his own, we still need to do a class action separate from his steps.
CA freepers need to say the word.

Boyajian will suggest a possible seminar to improve sensitivity to minority groups.LOL! And what else would you expect a scumbag simpleton like Boyajian to do?
Registration will be held at noon this Friday at City Hall and will be open to all racists, bigots, and homophobes white people who are not as enlightened as Tom Boyajian and other liberals.
To: Jim Robinson
"Fresno Mayor expects litigation as a result of HRC smear of FR?"I hope you sue there eyeballs out.
Those liberal scumbags are obsessed with destroying traditional America and its families. It is what Democrats DO in order to grow the parasite class and thereby expand their core voter base. They need to be cut off at the kness ruthlessly and mercilessly at each and every opportunity.

Sounds like Hitlery is really gearing up for the Presidency. This is her's and Bill's handiwork. You can bet your bottom dollar.
They are doing to it to discredit groups that don't believe her and to seperate the people.
They are doing the same thing to Bush at every turn.
To: Calpernia
I question whether the FReepers have the intestinal fortitude to carry this forward in a class action suit. That will take $$. Lots of it. Over a sustained period of time.
I am in favor of a class action suit btw.

Boyajian will suggest a possible seminar to improve sensitivity to minority groups. Oh, ok. That will certainly fix the problem. Why didn't WE think of that?
Or maybe we should just call in the U.N.
To: sauropod
We have to do it. I hope we can get as many as possible involve.
I'm waiting to hear back from a few in CA.
Do you have the contacts for the other heads of the Network?

What i think is gonna happen is that the vast majority of FReepers will think "those wacky liberals" and then return to what they were doing.
To do a class-action suit you have to 1) believe in it, 2) believe it is worth doing, 3) believe in our jurisprudence system to the point that restitution or restoration of one's reputation is coming.
I just don;t think the majority of FReepers are there.
You would get a lot more reaction if Hillary! had said it rather than a Debbie Reyes (who the heck is she?).
