What helped us during one of the hurricane outages when we had toddlers were those cassette tape storybooks, I guess they still make those! Craft items, the toddlers own flashlight (you can make really cool shadows on the wall) and alot of handi wipes too!

Sounds good. If you see a vehicle in the parking lot painted like the flag, it is probably me. LOL! I have to figure out what to do with the two cats at work. I can't imagine bringing them home with the other two I have here. .. . I also can't imagine a power outage with a toddler.
