A 25-year-old man was arrested Friday by FBI agents for investigation of arson and vandalism that caused $1 million in damages last month at a Hummer dealership, police said. 25? My guess - he IS an ELF member.
A teen may just do it to appear "cool" for his friends, but a 25 year old man knows exactly what he's doing.
Throw the book at him. Charge him with domestic terrorism.

The estimation of damage is way too low. I wonder why.
The cheapest Hummer available, the H2, has a base price of $52,000. No doubt many of them had options that pushed them over $60,000. At the base price, the damage would be a tad over $1 million.
The story also said a parts warehouse was gutted. Let's conservatively guesstimate the value of the building at about $200,000 and the destroyed parts at somewhere around $100,000.
Then, there were 20 other Chevy Tahoes and Hummers that were signifigantly damaged.
All together, this probably adds another $500,000 to $1 million to the total damage.
