Time to wake up from your Randian parasitic fantasy world

Um, not to nitpick or anything, but the entire point of Atlas Shrugged was essentially to oppose this sort of thing.

Thanks for the comment, for you got me thinking again about that book. However, not to nitpick or anything, my response was NOT to the main story about government oppression, but to another fellow's post SUPPORTING the government's actions on the grounds that mobility and making money EXCUSE government oppression when that tryanny enables individuals to profit from it (more precisely he declared that if someone can get lots o' dough from the government as a payoff for the eminent domain claim then what the heck -- be happy, don't worry, tyranny for all!). My critique of our current national crisis rests, in part, on the observation that not only do we have enemies of freedom inside the gates by the millions, but the "Republican" and conservative movements are fractured/infested by people who follow Objectivism on the "make money is the essence of morality" part (which is universalized collectivism by the way). The result is a very common indifference to the true long-run cost of such eminent domain profit-seeking by government in alliance with monopolists.
