Johnny Cash started out about the same time, and with the same record label, as Roy Orbison and Elvis Presley.

Lots of hard living and fast times, Johnny probably was living on borrowed time for quite a while.

And with the recent passing of Bob Hope, I guess you could say, we now have no Cash and no Hope.

But Jerry Lee Lewis just goes on and on.
