Last time I checked, the Illegal immigration issue was the sole responsibility of the Federal Government - the protection of the borders. It is not a state issue, except in what services a state may deign to bestow upon illegals.

The census data from 2000 indicated that North Carolina had the largest increase in foreign born citizens of any state in America. The increase was over 273 percent, since 1990, and that is clearly an underestimate.

It is clear that NC has provided many incentives under the Dem administrations to attract illegal immigration to NC.

NC must do more to save our budget and communities.
